Thomas Yang

Thomas Yang is a solicitor admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia, and is a Nationally Accredited Mediator. He has extensive experience assisting clients to resolve disputes in a practical and efficient manner, with a strong focus on achieving the best possible outcome.
Thomas assists clients in dispute resolution and litigation across a broad range of civil and commercial matters, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, investments disputes, debt recovery and franchise disputes. Drawing on his prior experience in the construction and insurance industries, he provides commercially grounded and effective legal solutions. Where disputes escalate, Thomas regularly represents clients in mediation, and in proceedings before various courts and tribunals.
In particular to family law disputes, Thomas advises across the full spectrum of property settlement, parenting arrangement, child support and spousal maintenance that arise before, during or after a relationship. Based on client instructions and focused on their best interests, he also assists in managing the commercial and legal impact of relationship breakdowns on family business and family members.
Thomas is of Chinese background, enabling him to bring a cultural understanding and sensitivity to his clients’ issues.
Tina Ye
Partner
Tina Ye is a solicitor admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. She has a unique background in law, accounting and business. She completed her law degree in China and later completed postgraduate studies in accounting in Australia, before gaining practical experience across commercial, construction and business matters.
Through her entrepreneurial journey and extensive work with international students and overseas clients, Tina developed a strong understanding of the legal challenges many people face when establishing themselves in Australia. She later completed further study in migration law and the LPAB pathway, qualifying as a solicitor in New South Wales.
Tina is particularly recognised for her strong understanding of migration law, her practical approach to problem-solving, and her ability to provide clear and cost-effective advice tailored to each client’s situation. Her practice also extends to a broader range of people-focused legal matters, where she is valued for her clarity, responsiveness and genuine care for clients.
Tina has built a strong reputation for client satisfaction, with a high level of repeat clients and referrals from those who value her honest advice, practical strategies and approachable style.
